My original package was shipped to the wrong address, but their customer service was excellent and they communicated with me well and consistently. I received my package with slight delay, in good condition. Good response and no hassle or extra expense for a shipping error , even though it was not Lay Waste Games fault! Great job! AND their game Dragoon holds up with fun strategy and great components!!!
