Loved most of my items

Loved the 5 pillow covers I bought, but one came pretty flawed. So many pulled and loose threads, and much more than the normal to be expected, especially given the price. I contacted customer service about getting a replacement cover for the damaged one weeks ago, and never heard back. So that was also dissapointing
