Vintage Quilted Square Lever Back Earrings

I bought the quilted earrings with the red colored glass. I love the earrings themselves, and my three year-old granddaughter like them as well. The only problem that I have with them is the lever backs. They’re just too small and too difficult to get the earrings in. Since I dabbled in jewelry making I had ear wires, and I switched the quilted part of the earring to my own ear wires I would never buy the lever back again, as much as like Bottled Up designs. I have bought other earrings from them before with great satisfaction.
