These are amazing!! Just like the other reviews I would say size down. Im between a size 00 and 1/2 And I went for a 00 and they were tough to get in. Great quality

They’re really amazing and comfortable to wear, but one issue is you will have the stretch out your ears if you are getting the smallest one which is it 8 mm /0g and you have to go 9 mm /00g you will have to go down a size like if you are at a 000g you’ll have to get 00g
