Can’t figure out how the work!
I can’t figure out how to make them work and can’t find resources to help. It could be a simple fix.

The bottome of the poles slip. Is there something to be added to the bottom so that the do not skid ? I am in boston so they really cannot be used in the icey snowy weather. . . thank you.
