It's much lighter than my Patriot War Tribe GI since it's the 8oz vs the 10oz. Personally I like the heavier feel better, but the look of the solid black is dope. Still feels solid quality and shrinks a tad after drying so it fit even better. I'm 5'10" 145 and got the A1L
