I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the conflicting information and poor customer service I have experienced regarding my recent order. The item I received did not fit, so I attempted to process an exchange through your website, which explicitly offers a replacement option. However, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that exchanges are not permitted and that my only options are a refund or store credit. Furthermore, I was told this credit would take 14 business days to process, which is unacceptable, and I was required to pay for the return shipping myself. There is a severe lack of transparency when your website offers services that your support team claims do not exist. Due to this unreliable and confusing experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again.
