The design is great, but the mattress is really firm.

It's really firm. As it is built for small spaces the mattress is only 4 inches thick so it has to be firm. A simple fix was to get a mattress topper which greatly improved the comfort. It fits well in my condo and the back is high enough to lay my head back comfortably.

Only one company made a Queen sized sleeper that could fit in our little guest room. Function, fit, quality, and aesthetics are all excellent.
