The design is great, but the mattress is really firm.

It's really firm. As it is built for small spaces the mattress is only 4 inches thick so it has to be firm. A simple fix was to get a mattress topper which greatly improved the comfort. It fits well in my condo and the back is high enough to lay my head back comfortably.

Queen size pull out couch

This profile fits perfectly in our spare bedroom for the occasional guest. It is a firm mattress however and I need to put a mattress topper on it to make it more comfortable to sleep on.

Excellent sleeper sofa for a tight space

Only one company made a Queen sized sleeper that could fit in our little guest room. Function, fit, quality, and aesthetics are all excellent.
