Lyre's Non-Alcoholic American Malt

Lyre’s American Malt tastes surprisingly rich and smooth, with a nice warmth and a hint of caramel that really hits the spot. like having a good bourbon at the end of the day, just without the alcohol—and I honestly don’t miss it.

Fair substitute for the real thing

Overall mouth feel is more watery than an alcohol based bourbon. My biggest hang up is if I drink it neat it smells and tastes very stale. It’s better when I put ice in it which brings out the pepper notes that I presume are meant to mimic the bite of the alcohol. It’s ok but I’d want to try other versions of NA whiskey

Closer taste

Taste is getting there. Smells very much like a light bourbon. Same with after taste. Best one so far
