We opened the package with much anticipation for both of us. My wife charged it completely. She wanted to see how it performed so she turned it on and immediately was not happy. She cycled through the entire vibration settings. It’s just too powerful even on the lowest level. The description says ‘gentle’ pulses!!! We have a device that has gentle pulses. This is far from gentle even on its lowest setting. Sadly it’s going to the back of the drawer since it’s not returnable. While she says the vibrations are too powerful I thought it was too bulky and we both agreed it was not comfortable for us to use.
