What's going on at the factory?

I've bought 8 or 9 pairs of ELWD work pants. The one pair that I've found that doesn't form holes in the crotch is the utility pant. I ordered two pairs a few days ago. One has a pocket that's too small to get my hand in...so fishing out my car keys is gonna be fun. The other has a pocket on the right side that's supposed to be at the same height as the cargo pocket on the left side but is actually where my right knee is lololol...the fit on both just seems sort of.....off, also. I'd be far less bothered if these pants weren't so expensive.

Both pairs of pants were sewn incorrectly in spots, the fit is different from previous pairs and the material feels different.
