Phone Strap Card

Extremely disappointing experience with a brand that seems more invested in maintaining its carefully curated image than providing transparency to its customers. I submitted an honest review directly through String Ting’s website, received an email requesting identity verification, and completed that process. Despite complying, my review never appeared publicly. For a company charging premium prices for decorative phone accessories, this raises serious questions about the integrity of its review process. What is the point of verifying legitimate customers if their feedback isn’t ultimately made visible? Luxury should extend beyond attractive packaging, clever marketing, and inflated price tags. It should include professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to accept criticism. Potential buyers deserve access to genuine customer experiences, not simply a polished collection of glowing testimonials.
