The bags are great but I had about a dozen defective drawstrings and reached out to the company for replacements. The asked for a video, which I sent, but never heard back despite following up twice. I am a repeat customer and their quality is usually top notch, but this experience is unacceptable. Likely not returning as a customer.

Absolutely love the product everything turned out great! Order was also processed and shipped faster than expected.
