Great Baking Mat : Compact Size.

Great baking mat. Does the job. Pastry doesn’t stick and surface is easy to clean. Quite tough material. Handy guide re: pastry size. I purchased the compact mat - it’s surprisingly large and is great for a small kitchen with limited bench space. Can recommend.
