Very cool little dev board for diving into RISC-V! Keep in mind that the Ubuntu OS image is old enough that you won't be able to use apt much for package management, so expect to do a lot of source compiling, but for a dev setup, it's absolutely fine.

An excellent board for getting started with RISC-V architecture. I plan to use it as a NAS and maybe as a VPN Wi-Fi router as well, I just need to test it under full load. I'm already planning to buy a more serious board so I can start porting software myself.
