Love this mat! Overall allstar

I love my mat, its perfectly balanced in not being too heavy and sticking through an intense hot yoga session, no towel needed. Gives me the confidence in my mat to flow through my practice effortlessly

This is my second Liforme mat, my first one lasted 10 years! I am so excited for the journey my new mat and I will go on. It’s even approved by my extraordinarily picky cat :-) I held out for this mat and the month in between when I had to use a regular yoga mat, the Liforme difference became so clear. The amount of steadiness the Liforme mat provides is incomparable. I feel so much more stable and able to get into all positions on my Liforme mat! That month I didn’t have it was disastrous, it made me not even want to practice. I was afraid I would hurt myself. I highly recommend this mat! Yes, it is much more expensive than a mat you would get at a big box store, however they last at least a decade so when you compare the price, it’s one of the best investments you can make!!
