Lovely yoga mat!
I decided to purchase the Liforme Evolve yoga mat in blue as I practice yoga 4-5 times a week and needed a new mat. The delivery service was excellent as the mat arrived the very next day! I was extremely impressed with the robust and comfortable to use bag even before opening the mat! The mat itself is high quality and very easy to use with excellent grip. The minimal alignment markings are extremely useful without being overly complicated or fussy (I am not a fancy pattern girl!) and help with positioning. I am very pleased with my purchase and hope to have many years of practice on this mat!

Love it!
I am a beginner, and this mat has made it easier to learn poses. The grip is excellent, and I'm able to focus more on my form instead of slipping on other mats.

This mat is a game changer
At first I questioned the value of this mat . . . wondering if it was really worth the cost. The answer was a resounding YES after my first yoga class with this new mat! I love the “firm cushioning”, but even more, I love the “stickiness”. I move from pose to pose with such fluidity and confidence. Every hand and foot placement stays exactly where I put them. This mat is well worth the price - and then some!
