Worth the splurge!

I’ve been active in a yoga/pilates studio for years. Regulars in the class all had liforme mats and I would always get “I’m shocked you don’t have your own mat!” I finally gave in and wish I got one sooner! It’s beautiful, I’m obsessed, great grip support & markings for alignment. If you are in any type of practice you definitely need a Liforme Mat!!

Purchased my first mat from Lifeforme.

I was a Manduka mat user and it is a night and day difference between the amount of grip. I think I am a forever fan. I’m a little bit intimidated by the cleaning process of this new mat.
