The best yoga mat I've ever owned

I was introduced to Liforme yoga mats through fellow yogis in my yoga classes, and it has been the best yoga mat I've ever owned. It is absolutely worth the price and one of the best investments for a lifelong yoga practice. Before switching to Liforme, I struggled with two types of slippage: the mat sliding on the floor, and my hands slipping on the mat, whether they were dry or sweaty. The Liforme mat completely solved both problems. Now I can focus entirely on my breath, movement, and postures without worrying about unexpected slips. I also love the Zodiac design and its vibrant colours. The high-quality materials give me confidence that I'm not exposed to the strong chemical odours often associated with cheaper mats. The mat is sturdy and relatively heavy, so I mainly use it at home. Initially, I was concerned about the 4. 2mm thickness since I usually prefer mats that are 5mm or thicker. However, once I started practising on it, I realised my knees were still very well supported. The mat's density and firmness provide excellent cushioning, making it feel more supportive than its thickness might suggest.

Excellent quality mat

Lovely mat. Colour and design exactly as expected (orange year of the tiger). The amount of grip is just right; I feel super confident even with sweaty hands! Equally so it is not so grippy that my clothes drag or stick which is an improvement on my previous (other brand) mat. Not cheap but in this case you do get what you pay for. Cannot comment on longevity of printed design as only bought recently. So far very pleased with my purchase.

Treated Myself to this Lovely Mat!

I got this mat on the Lifeforme sale and it has been a real treat. I love it. It is very sticky, allowing me to balance much better. I've also suffered a broken hand (by falling out of the front door) since I got it and the cushioning has helped cushion the repositioning of my fist in Down Dogs and Planks. This is my first NEW yoga mat and I will never look back. Great green creditianals too, which are important to me in our world today.
