3/8 Inch Diameter U-Bolts - Square

You guys did a great job of building these u bolts for me! I used them to mount a piece of square tubing to the frame of my travel trailer so I could have a place to store my weight distribution hitch when not in use! Thank you, Angelo, and all the folks that helped me out. And also for the fast delivery!

I ordered 2 sets of bolts. i ordered 2 sets just in case my measurements were off. I asked for the withe to be 1/8 of a inched difference.. You sent me the two bolts the same withe. The ones you sent me were the correct ones.

The hardware is tippity top notch... very pleased.... However; I was/am very disappointed in their execution in filling my order. I was on a deadline, waited the six days for the order to arrive from California and opened the box to find they had shipped only two of the three plates ordered (and paid for). This when you find out there is no phone number to call them at but I will say they responded pretty promptly to my email. I explained my situation and requested the missing plate be sent next day air which they agreed to do for an additional $59.00 absent any discussion about how their error had lead to this and possibly splitting that charge. I was in a bind and agreed but this left a very bad taste in my mouth.
