ADPI- Smiley Blues Crewneck Sorority Sweatshirt

I ordered 2 Kappa Delta sweatshirts and when I got it it was the wrong sorority. I reached out by email and Instagram to ask if I was able to return it or exchange for the right one, I didn’t get any email back but got one dm back on instagram saying I didn’t order the correct one. After asked a second time to see if I would have returned it I didn’t even get a response back. I vividly remember putting kappa delta and not ADPi when I was doing my order. It also took about 3 week for it to come in the mail, so I reached out to ask about it, the machine was broken but no costumer was contacted about that when ordering or after ordering until you had to ask about it. I am very unhappy with how the costumer service is with this company and I will sadly not be recommending it to any of my sorority sister and will not be ordering anything more from them. I waisted my money.
