Overall I am very satisfied. We had an issue where they sent me only one monitor when I ordered two, but they did remedy the issue. Picture quality isn't great, not sure what the driving metric is on that but they work for my needs great, which is reviewing construction plans. The 16:9 format works great for this on a big screen.

Don’t get me wrong. This is an amazing product. My one issue is I ordered overnight delivery on Sunday night. And I paid way more than it was for standard shipping. It didn’t come in till Wednesday
