Never even showed up Never got shipping info nothing TERRIBLE don't order they will just take your money and not provide a product update did finally get a reply were they were rude. I don't know about others but am on this app to support small businesses so yes I ordered my first order small they treated it like it was theirs to keep just because it's a small order I will make sure I never ever order from matchboxcandleco ever again my money will go to a small business that respects their customers big orders or small was also told to keep my small business shopping local so maybe all customers should keep that in mind I wish I could add screenshot to reviews the way I was talked to by Jeremy N. Was absolutely unbelievable this is prime example why to do a small order before a large one had I spent the 254 on the things in my cart first I'm sure they would have treated me just the same SMH I don't understand how they expected to keep business talking to people like that
