Beautiful Product, but poor communication

The Straight Scene Bracelet with the adjustable chain is absolutely gorgeous, and the person I gave it to loved it! That said, communication with the store wasn’t great. I tried reaching out on WhatsApp (listed on the website) before ordering but didn’t get a reply. I only got through after purchasing it and calling. After getting my first order, I wanted to buy more as gifts for family overseas, but when I asked about delivery dates, I didn’t get a response again. The product is fantastic, but the communication really needs improvement. I’d definitely shop here again if they were more responsive to questions before purchasing.
