Delicious and Versatile!
I purchased the Rose Simple Syrup to use in an adapted recipe for a French 75 cocktail. The syrup added just the right floral notes for this delicious (and pretty!) sip. I have also used it in a cold brew tonic recipe (cold brew, elderflower tonic, rose syrup shaken over ice). It was just as nuanced and flavorful in that drink. Very, very happy with this product!
