Love these little pouches! We have been using them since 6 months for allergen exposure. We now use one pouch daily by adding it to our 16 month old’s yogurt smoothies. Helps us make sure our child gets the important frequent exposure to allergens, but we love that it is also a healthy way to add calories to meals to ensure he is getting his nutrients for the day!
