I’m 5’8” about 155 lbs give or take 10lbs depending on the season of life. These bottoms fit comfortably, not too tight or too loose. Just right. I also got Landry reversible bottoms and Sanitas & Laguna bottoms. All in medium and all snug enough to stay on swimming and during water activities but not too snug that they are giving a muffin top etc.
