Hard to contact Customer Service to to speak to a live person. My diffuser is no longer working and the essential oils appeare and has been diluted, fragrance does not linger like it should. I am very disappointed. I would need somebody to call me, but you know like I don’t wanna be the bearer of bad news you know.
