Simpson and Vail never disappoints
Tried the Japanese Sencha this week. It’s lovely and bright. Grassy and earthy at the same time. It’s a fresh clear taste that feels like a beautiful spring day. I’ve had other Sencha teas before but this one really captures the essence of what you’d imagine a true Sencha is.
