I have not started taking this supplement yet, but I ordered them here because I order other vitamins here and trust the quality.

I been never able to drink supplements because all I try give me headaches. But I start B Complex Aspire, then add D3 and K2 and I feel better and with no second effects. We start the supplements because my specialneeds daugther but now Aspire is a supplement for the entire family. Thanks to all.
