Zesty Lemon Chicken

I have really enjoyed all my meals thus far but the Zesty Chicken missed the mark for me. My potatoes were a little hard, the chicken was a little dry, and the sauce was little too tangy, IMO (all the over sauces have been 🔥). Tasted mostly like mustard. The broccoli was good but overall this wasn’t my favorite meal.
