Ergonomic Chair Pro

It’s a great chair. I’m 6’5” and I got the tall cylinder and it makes a huge difference. Even though I cannot slide the seat back and forth for more under thigh support, it doesn’t dig into the spot behind my knee. The reason it gets 4 stars is because there is no tension knob for the seat tilt. When tilted, the seat feels like it flops around a bit Build quality and sturdiness are great and it’s very comfortable.

It's too big or I'm too short

I really wanted to love this chair, but sadly it's just too big for a shorty (5'2"). Main issue was that the seat was too wide for me to comfortable use the arm rests (even when they were angled in). The back of my knees also hit the edge of the seat even when it was adjusted to the shortest setting. Can you make a smaller version next, please.

Seems well built but the seat is HARD

I've had the chair a month now and the quality seems pretty good. It's well built. I like how adjustable it is. The seat and arm adjustments are just what I was looking for. There are two major drawbacks though, which are why I only gave three stars. The first is that none of the arm rest adjustments are lockable. You push against them and they click into the position you want. However this means if you lean on the arm to get up or you bump it the arms will move. Really annoying since everything else is lockable (even the width of the arms has a lock). -0.5 stars The second is that the seat is hard. I read reviews saying it was hard, but it's HARD. Really firm. I have to shift and move around to keep my butt from going numb. It means that far from being a good ergonomic chair I can sit in all day it's one I have to take breaks from to keep my circulation moving. -1.5 stars
