Nautical Marine Tripod Telescope 18’’ by Scott handicrafts.

I appreciate the overall craftsmanship. The combination of the wood and brass makes for an attractive piece. Reason for the three stars: - the telescope’s wood is significantly lighter than the tripod wood. Customer service wasn’t helpful other than suggesting I stain the telescope wood myself to further darken it. - the optics are poor and expect this to be a decorative piece than something functional -package was shipped late and I had to reach out to customer service to ship it out to me. - despite my fairly negative experience I’m keeping it because shipping it back would be a hassle and undecided if I would order anything else from this merchant.

I love this piece as I love every piece I have gotten at Scott`s. Very high quality and well made. I am now needing more space to put the stuff, I love it that much!!
