The taste is fantastic, I have only had 3 glasses so not sure I can attest to the ability to fight acid reflux yet but will check back once I have been using for a bit longer. The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that you have to make such a large amount per the instructions on the bag... I'm not sure if that is the amount you have to drink in order for it to work or if that's just their preferred serving size?
