Piece came damaged - customer service not the best

Although the picture /art itself was beautiful. This company has had poor communication. I received a damaged frame, they told me a replacement would be sent I responded right back asking for a tracking as my baby is about to be due. I’ve tried calling as well. No responses. This piece was $500 so a huge investment for my family. I’m disappointed

I love it I got it for my daughters room. It’s so beautiful 🥹❤️.
