Custom G7 and Stelo Transmitter

Placed a large order with a mix of pre-designed items and custom designs. Received package of poor quality (blurry/faded/torn) patches. I reached out to customer service and explained that while I ensured each uploaded image was rated by their system as good quality, the quality of what I received was disappointing. The CS Team offered to reprint my order to fix the quality issues and send the missing items in exchange for raising my review. They also offered an additional discount code. They redid my designs and even pointed out that a few images weren’t showing well and gave me the option to replace. The redone order shipped and again the pre-designed items did not get shipped so I immediately reached out. They shipped those right after my email. The order arrived and again, not only are the items blurry and unsightly but there were still pre-designed items missing. 2 stars for customer service. No stars for custom designed items.
