Karis Bowls sind wahrhaftig sehr auĆergewƶhnlich und eine ganz besondere Handwerksarbeit. Ich war mit meiner ersten Sendung nicht zufrieden, da die einzelnen Teile optisch nicht so gut zusammen passten. Nachdem ich Kari dies mitgeteilt hatte, schlug sie mir ohne zu zƶgern einen Austausch vor. Jetzt passt alles perfekt und Kari ersetzt mir auch meine Versandkosten. Eine wirklich vorbildliche Reklamationsbearbeitung, die heute nicht mehr selbstverstƤndlich ist. Vielen Dank dafĆ¼r! Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
