I've been buying this particular soap for years and the quality used to be much better but now it seems there's quite a bit of air holes in every other bar. Also had some issues accessing my rewards and I've been in touch and not had a response a few times as well as regarding a recent order where I did not receive my free lip chap for my crates I ordered I hadn't heard back from that either. Unfortunately customer service is non-existent lately

I Love this soap!! It smells like my favorite treats and the lather is rich and creamy which makes even a quick shower a nicer break than usual. I am an American, but I definitely want to BUY CANADIAN for obvious reasons. So glad I found your company!
