Can’t get their orders right

I placed 3 orders from Plasticplace. The first one was sent correctly. The next order they sent on oversized rolls and containers. One of the packages was damaged in delivery. It took several hours to get replacements. We were told the issue was resolved and kept our subscription. The third order we only received half of our boxes, same issue with oversized boxes. Working with them to get a refund and cancel our subscription.

Customer service more than met my expectations and were very professional and friendly.
