Wrong size

I thought I was purchasing the bags I have ordered several times in the past but got the wrong size. You wanted to charge me a restock fee and reorder the correct size. Customer care didn’t care about my issue . I will never buy from you again and tell everyone I see my bad experience with your company. Good by.

Refreshed bag design, more compact box

I've been buying these kitchen trash bags, for home use, by the thousand for almost 20 years This order, the box of 250 is noticeably smaller, the bags are carefully (machine) folded in more orderly and compact piles in the box, and the bag design has a smaller tuck at both sides at the bottom seam. Good changes all around. Don't seem to be any thinner. I'll let you know how I like them 1000 bags from now :)
