Definitely hydrating
Hadn't used this serum for years and wanted to see how it went for some dehydration I experience. Over the course of using it daily for 4-6 weeks, my skin hydration's improved and I love that I only need to use a tiny amount for my face/neck/decolletage. Great value for the price/size too.
