Inserts are good
They stick on well, a bit difficult to put it in first. But once you get a hang of it, it just works. I have used it a couple times by now, happy with it. Hopefully it lasts longer than the other stick-ons available. Gave 1 star less, cos its a bit pricey.

Good product
Received it the next day. Just tried it with my bridal dress and it was able to give me a good support, and the stick was good too
