Hello bling. I have Only used my bracelet, but the lock is very bad. It Only lock with the pins on the side , should also lock in the box but it dosent. I have not try my necklase yet, I am deeply sorry about this. Other thing is the size, I Think I would have had the 5mm but thats my own fault, but I had very differicult to choose the right size first time when I dont know this kind of juwelry. An good idea could be that you make a picture of all the sides on a model, Necklace example : 2mm in 18” 3mm in 20”, 4mm in 22”, 5mm in 24”, OR write wich size there is used on picture , i know there was on one picture “this is size of model” but that is Only one size . Just saying to help with ideas. But Thank you for good service , I have been happy for everything else than my told problems. .
