Great swatches!

I was debating on color for my new chunk and ordered these swatches. I was so impressed that I received every color option (although not all come in each piece) and actually purchased a different color than I originally thought! So glad I ordered these. I will keep for my next nugget purchase!

I love when a company provides swatches for big purchases! Plus you get your money back as long as you buy a couch or chunk within 30 days. It was the perfect way to feel the different fabrics and match a chunk & nugget set. Arrived super quick too!

Fabric Swatches

I ordered the fabric swatches so I can decide what colors I wanted. And bonus you get a $10 credit when you place your order. So win win…so I thought. When I went to place my order the color I wanted was sold out. So I asked how I use my swatch credit if I can’t place an order because it was sold out. Answer in a nutshell: Sorry - you have 30 days to use your swatch credit after that you’re out of luck. That’s not a very good answer from a customer service standpoint. Is that how you respond to people who have already made a purchase? Not sure I want to place a $700 order knowing that IF I have a problem with anything that good customer service isn’t available.
