Excellent device and aftersales service

I came across the Fulaim 1000Pro via a couple of reviews and they found the kit to be at a great price point, performed extremely well compared to other brands and had great features. So, I duly ordered mine which was delivered in approx. 4 days. I was quite excited as I've been meaning to purchase something like it for a while for equipping me to make videos and I was due to start doing this less than 2 weeks later. You can imagine my dismay when I opened the package and discovered that the receiver (Rx) wasn't in the box. Panic! Not to worry I thought, these things happen from time to time and it was obvious the package hadn't been interfered with so I was confident it was a factory error. Within 10mins of opening the package I had taken pictures of the space in the charging box, a close up of the seal on the main presentation box and the remainder of the packaging and attached them to an email to Fulaim to report the missing Rx. I received a reply within 5 hours apologising profusely and an assurance an Rx was already being dispatched by urgent courier. I'm happy to report I received it within 3 days and I'm also happy to say well done Fulaim for recovering a situation that many other companies would like turn their nose up. My confidence was restored, I paired the Rx with both Tx's easily and started to use the kit the same day with my digital camera and mobile phone and I'm pleased to say that the reviews were absolutely spot on. The quality and function/operation is excellent, the quality of sound recording simply amazing even with strong wind blowing past me....dead cat/mouse/squirrel fitted obviously. From the use I've had with the kit so far I can quite honestly state that I'd recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed and Fulaim's after sales service appears to be great as well.
