Excellent product with exceptional customer service

I just wanted to say how exceptional the customer service was when I had a problem with the turban I received. There was a manufacturing fault, a hole where the stitching hadn't caught the material. I contacted OC on a Sunday with pictures regarding the issue not expecting a reply until the working week. Within an hour Hannah had contacted me, very apologetic about the problem and a new turban would be sent out. I have received said turban with no issues on the following Wednesday. This is extremely impressive customer service and thank you so much for resolving the issue so quickly with no fuss. The turban is great, I have several already. Other corporations and businesses, especially large ones, take note, this is how customer service should be!!
