Box came all jacked up but will be hidden in the wall so not really a big deal unless you need to return items. Posts are pretty solid. Must be pretty new to market. Building inspector was pretty curious during framing inspection and mentioned he had never saw anything like it. I’d say you may need one every 4-5 ft to stabilize
