We are totally satisfied with product quality. However, in the photographs the hanging pearl looks much smaller than it is in real, so the actual product looks different. For us the larger pearl is not that good but the ear piece is beautifully crafted and just as good as all signature heritage products. Suggested to send a more appropriate sized box next time and to add a stamped certificate card for silver quality and weight for Zakat purposes.
