Very surprised with such fast shipping.

Overall a good experience. However, I ordered it in what I thought was enough time and it came late for Christmas. I emailed the owner and they were very responsive and got it shipped as quickly as possible. So I'll give them 5-stars on customer service. The earrings came in a plastic shipping envelope and the jewelry box wasn't inside any cardboard or anything, so it was a little smashed (it closes a little crooked). That being said, looks like the earrings are unharmed. Would have been 5-stars if it weren't for a couple small things.
