After seeing all the great reviews about this product on social media, I purchased this product for my son. I’ve found the product itself has been ok for him but not the results as portrayed on socail media, I’m also quite disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly this was a gift for my son, the box arrived via courier without any packaging around it whatsoever. It just had the address label stuck directly on the Frase box. Secondly, I’ve emailed the company twice regarding the daily cleansing light blue bottle, which leaks, and unfortunately I’ve received no response. Not only is this poor customer service, but the leaking bottle has also resulted in wasted product and has made a mess inside his cupboard. It’s frustrating when a product is let down by both packaging issues and lack of support.
